With 20 years of experience, Ms. Tulkoff has established a career in commercial investment brokerage working in New York, Washington D.C., Israel, as well as her native land of South Africa. During this time and as a broker, Ms. Tulkoff originated and structured many unique real estate transactions. Her abilities were recognized when she was awarded the REBNY’s Henry Hart Rice “Most Ingenious Deal of the Year” award for the negotiation of the purchase, assemblage and joint venture of a 400,000 square feet development known as 1010 Avenue of the Americas with a total estimated cost of $120,000,000. Subsequent to her brokerage career, Ms. Tulkoff has acted as a developer’s representative. The development, leasing and management of the 72nd and Broadway joint venture was completed in 2010, a 250,000 square foot mixed-use development on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. 


Marc Esrig has worked in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Prior to forming his previous company Vista, Mr. Esrig was Vice President at Greenthal/Harlan Realty Services where he co-managed a commercial mortgage, nonperforming mortgage and real estate asset portfolio. 
While at Greenthal/Harlan, Mr. Esrig completed transactions with a face value of more than $100,000,000. Prior to joining Greenthal/Harlan, Mr. Esrig held various positions at The Dime Savings Bank of New York, and the Charles Klatskin Company, now known as Forsgate Industrial Partners. 
Marc Esrig grew up in New York City, has a B.S. from Tulane University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University.

200 West 72nd Street New York, NY ​  Development Overview: -Finished the site assemblage of all of the parcels included  -Negotiated the Joint Venture Agreement with Gotham  -Participated in obtaining and negotiating the financing  ​-Managed the Scope and Programing of the Development which include the expansion of the retail component from 14,000 square feet to 56,000 square feet by including a basement, sub-basement, mezzanine, and second floor space resulting in the highest market rents.

Land acquisition, entitlements, and development of a 70,000 square foot site with 85,000 square feet of retail and office in Dobbs Ferry, NY. The property is leased to NY Sports Club, Starbucks, Smoothie King, Verizon Wireless, GNC Vitamin Shop, and Oasis Day Spa.

Acquisition and adaptive re-use of an existing 40,000 square foot warehouse building in Coney Island, Brooklyn, NY into a retail center leased to Raymour & Flanigan and Starbucks.

Notable Developments

Acquisition of 22,400 square foot existing retail center in Naugatuck, CT leased to Rite Aid and Advanced Auto.
